I’ve put together this list of mental health resources where you can find help if you are struggling with mental health issues or are caring for someone who is. This is not a comprehensive list but it’s a good place to start.

If you are considering suicide please call someone for help. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline phone number is below. If you don’t want to call them, reach out to someone you trust.

One great place to learn more about mental health is MentalHealth.gov – from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
